Beeline Development, Inc. (BDI) maintains a full line of tradesmen and equipment in-house for better control and response times.  We can handle all of your needs including design and coordination of the Architectural and Engineering issues, permitting, full site development, environmental assessment, building erection, procurement, electrical and plumbing.

We are not only a construction firm, but we also participate in the ownership of dozens of commercial projects.  This affords us a unique insight into both sides of constructing and operating successful projects and businesses.  We understand your challenges.

Beeline Development, Inc. was building green before it became so popular. Our belief was if we could save our clients on their monthly utilities by adding better  insulation or a low flow urinal,  we would increase their bottom line. With a larger profit from smaller reoccurring bills, they would have the opportunity to expand quicker, giving us a happy repeat costumer. Little did we know that we were saving the environment and at the same time just doing good business. We are confident that with our experience we can Save you Green by Building Green.
